Wedding Makeup Tips for a Day Wedding

Extra time to yourself is essential for a day wedding. Rushing and feeling anxious will have a bad effect on your face even if your wedding makeup artist is good. Listen to some classical or good music or do anything that will make you relax, happy and feel calm.

Clean your face with a moisturizer then use a sponge to apply a base primer to help set the foundation. Matte powder must be applied after the foundation if your face is oily. Powder blush is ideal so it will last longer. Dust face with setting powder then with a brush if you prefer to use a cream blusher.

Make use of eye-base primers. Use cream liners then dip a slanted brush in powder shadow and apply it onto the liner to make it stay longer. Use powder eye shadow as it last longer. Curl lashes with waterproof mascara.
Apply a thin foundation on your lips followed by a dab of matte powder. Apply lip color and put on a small amount of gloss.

Have a small pouch in case you need to retouch your wedding makeup.
